Melissa Suzanne George from Australia is an Australian actress also inventor and businessperson. She started her career in Australia before moving to Hollywood, where she has achieved great success. George, a native of Perth located in the Western Australian state of Perth, began her career in dance and artistic roller-skating. She started her modelling career at the age of teen and won the Western Australian title of Teenage Model for the year in 1992. Her debut on screen was the seventh episode of the Seven Network's soap opera Home and Away the year following. The actress made her debut on screen in Dark City.
